Long Range and Auxiliary Fuel tanks

The Brown Davis production facility is equiped with the latest state of the art machinery, from computerised plasma cutting, to high tech welding equipment, all tanks are built using the best manufacturing techniques available.

Computerised cutting of tank panels ensures that each tank is precisely constructed to tight tolerances.

Precision folding equipment further complements the computerised cutting, in ensuring each tank assembles with perfect fold angles.
MIG welding is the method of choice for tank construction. MIG welding offers strong, rombust welds, ideal for the harsh elements and conditions a fuel tank will see, as well as being strong against forces of imapct. This ensures the highest of safety during the event of an accident or large undercar impact from terrain.
Presure testing ensures that each tank is tested under high pressure for any potential leaks prior to completion.
