How to login as a dealer

Go to www.browndavis.com.au
On the top right hand corner of the page you will see “Dealer Login”
Select “Dealer Login”
“Dealer Login” page will load to screen

If you have a login:

1. “Dealer Login” page will load to screen

2. Select Username field box and enter in your username

3. Select Password field box and enter in your password

Tip: when logging into the Brown Davis portal if you select the “Remember Me” check box which will allow the portal to remember your log in details

4. Select “Login” button

5. You will be redirected back to the Brown Davis homepage. If you are unsure whether you are logged into the “Dealers Login”, at the top right hand side of the page you will see “Logged in as [username]”

How to request to become a BD dealer

If you don’t have a login and would like to request one:

1. Scroll down the page to “Dealer Login Request Form”

2. Enter in the following details required for the online form

3. Select “Submit”

Enter www.browndavis.com.au into your web browser
Brown Davis home page loads to screen
Check to see if you are logged in (top right)
Scroll down the home page to where you see “Find My Vehicle” on the right hand side of the page
From the drop down boxes available select the following
1. “Vehicle Make” – Select the make of the vehicle you are searching for
2. “Vehicle Model” – Select the model of the vehicle you are searching for
3. “Vehicle Series” – Select the series (year of production) of the model of the vehicle you are searching for
The web page will then load to show products available to your vehicle.

1. Once you have found the product you are after

2. You will see a table with 4 columns.

3. In the first column (that is blue), you will see the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) (GST inclusive) cost for the Brown Davis product. This cost is not inclusive of freight or fitting

4. In the second column (grey), you will need to enter in a freight cost estimate amount (GST inclusive) – Brown Davis advises to have an approximate freight cost to your area for your customer. BD can organize freight and freight quotes if needed (03) 9762 8722

Example of freight quote

Perth, WA $1 per tank litre – 150lt Toyota Hilux Tank = $150 freight

Sydney, NSW $0.50 per tank litre – 150lt Toyota Hilux Tank =$75

5. In the third column (grey), you will need to enter in your hourly fitting rate (GST inclusive, the table will automatically calculate the total fitting cost e.g $110 x 2 hours = $220

6. In the fourth column (blue), the total amount shown in this column is the combined total cost for the Brown Davis product, your freight cost cost and the fitting cost of the product. In some States or Territories there is an additional engineering cost/approval cost that may be required.

To find in store information:

1. Select “Show Dealer Information” hyperlink shown in diagram to the right. (the details shown here are not privy to customers).

The information shown is your store buy price.

2. A table with three boxes will be shown on the page

First column will have “YOUR PRICE”
Second column will have “STOCK LEVEL”
Third column will have “FIT DIFFICULTY”

YOUR PRICE

This is the price you (the dealer) will pay for the product. Not inclusive of freight. For some products you may see in yellow a “super discount” price for products. This is the price you will pay if product is in stock. If not in stock a “large production run” date will be shown telling you when this product is next due through production. To receive this extra discount the product must be in stock or you will have to wait till date listed.

STOCK LEVEL

This shows the quantity of product available in real time. If there is no stock amount listed then there will be a production lead time in working days.

FIT DIFFICULTY

This provides an indication of fit difficulty for the product for “Dealer Login” users as to whether it will suit your workshop capabilities.

Keep in mind that not all Brown Davis products come with clear fitting instructions.
